BO brannan: CEO/ PRESIDENT

​Donald "Bo" Brannan is the founder and owner of Southeast Maintenance Company.  Mr. Brannan manages and reviews all service operations. He is "hands on" and has built his company’s foundation around hard work and dedication.  Mr. Brannan's goal is to fulfill his customer's wishes with quality workmanship while staying within budget. He has successfully expanded his business throughout the entire Gulf Coast by keeping this goal. His quality work ethic and leadership is the basis for growing Southeast Maintenance Company over the past 15 years.

Jamie Brannan: Co-founder/ Manager
Jamie is the Co-founder and Manager of Southeast Maintenance Company. She has been apart of Southeast Maintenance Company since the company’s inception in 2003. She has managed all activities in the office as well as minor and major accounting and administration. She is involved with the day-to-day activities and continues to contribute with the company moving forward. She will continue to be Donald Brannan’s biggest mentor and the heart of Southeast Maintenance Company, LLC.

Meet the team 

Phil Brasher, Office Manager
Phil is a self-motivated person with many years of experience and knowledge that helps create a calm and positive work environment. He works closely with the company’s CEO by helping with all projects and daily duties to ensure successful completion.

Jordan Rhodes, Administrative Assistant
Jordan is in charge of handling the day-to-day activities in the office. Her strong knowledge of permitting helps clients get their projects started on schedule. Her strength and leadership is helping Southeast Maintenance become one of the most successful companies on the Gulf Coast.
Brooke Gay, Office Administrator 
Brooke works hard to make sure the superintendents have the resources they need to get the job done. She furnishes all projects with the right materials and equipment which helps the office complete daily tasks.  In addition, her other duties include billing, closing out projects, managing plans.​

Ronnie Madder, Senior Project Manager 
Ronnie started off in the construction industry at an early age. He manages projects by working closely with the job supervisors, and assist with creating a safe and efficient job site. Client satisfaction is his main focus with each job. Ronnie focuses providing on client satisfaction to ensure successful completion.
Zack Harvison, Project Manager
Zack has worked at Southeast Maintenance for over 6 years. Starting off working in the field, he quickly showed signs of a dedicated leader. Through his dedication and team building skills, he was quickly promoted to Project Manager.
